Poor John "Jefferson Davis" Roberts was just opining on the need to "respect" the courts

Alito speaks with Donnie Dipshit, just hours before Donnie Dipshit files emergency appeal to the Supreme Court, BUT...trust us, his cases before the courts, or appeals, NEVER CAME UP.

Maybe they shared a risotto recipe.

Maybe John needs to clean up his own shit, but man, much "respect" to the Chief Gaslighter. It takes "mad skills" to criticize the "lack of respect" for the courts, while your head is so far up Donnie Dipshits ass you can see Red Square.

There is a biblical reference...maybe the "Xhief" justice is familiar with it.

"Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. 24 You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel.

25 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence. 26 Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean.

27 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. 28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.

29 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You build tombs for the prophets and decorate the graves of the righteous. 30 And you say, ‘If we had lived in the days of our ancestors, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.’ 31 So you testify against yourselves that you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets. 32 Go ahead, then, and complete what your ancestors started!

33 “You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell?

I’d like some earthly punishment for these monsters.
That is all.

would think twice about their actions which they know are crooked and hurt the people they are supposed to protect, but then again, the criminal mind works different.

2. Can't respect the court if you can't respect the judges

Can't respect the judges if don't respect the people wearing the robes.

Putting that robe on is a symbol that the person has set aside their viewpoint, their personal opinion, and will consider only the facts of the case and how to adjudicate. roberts and his ilk have failed.

Anybody who puts their own agenda above what the laws are, are criminals.

My hope was the first order of business after the blue tsunami would be to expand the Supreme Court. I'm convinced that won't happen until this nazi magat group is eradicated from our government. Hope my grandchildren can do it for their grandchildren.
Watching Boof-boy Kavanaugh get confirmed after his Senate testimony was proof that the institution wasn't serious about justice and the law. Money is driving the bus.

Thanks to Roberts and his right-wing trump-sucking crew, that respect is never coming back.

Y’know, just to chat.

Are there any odds makers in the house? I’d like to know my chances of getting through.

I promise it will be the perfect phone call.

13. Respect Is Earned

And, it's a perishable commodity.
This court has not earned respect & they have liquidated any residual institutional respect that may have existed.
Want respect, Johnny? Do something worthy of respect.

14. Bible verse at the end!

Love it. You should watch The Chosen, especially season 4. Jesus is teaching and the Pharisees are chastising him. He comes back with what you just quoted! It was awesome! At the end he added "Oh I'm just getting started!"

16. Roberts would gain my respect

if he asks Alito and Thomas to resign. If not, he proves why the Court doesn't deserve any respect.

And may have gone some distance in repairing the court’s image and legacy. Having those two resign now only serves the master plan of cement the most extreme ideological majority into the bench for the next few decades as TSF will surely replace them with younger versions of themselves.
