You know me, I'm not the one to spread rumors, but...

would the leader of a movement who believes there should be more signs of masculinity in America agree to hold the inauguration indoors because of a little blizzard?

too coddled to deal with winter. Same for his VP who is still not sure yet who he is.

Any bets that the two cowards call off the presidential parade?

I pity the people who are attending. Indoors. They will be exposed to the FIC's stench. Outdoors, the wind would have dissipated it. That stench might be more harmful to people's health than the cold weather.

and snow. Now, if they were facing subzero and ice/snow/wind, I'd give him a break, but damn. I meet folks to hike the park lake and then let the dogs play in the dog park at 4:45 AM every morning in Colorado and 20F with light wind and some snow is quite pleasant to us.

Now subzero with wind, I am not so happy either, but really... what a wimp. LOL

The temperature at noon that day was 7 degrees. According to the National Weather Service the weather was Sunny, but bitter cold. Wind chill temperatures fell into the -10° to -20°F range in the afternoon. Reagan's inauguration was also moved inside the Capitol, the last one to do so until this year.

I honestly believe Trump is afraid of getting sick if it is outdoors (he's already clearly in poor health) - catching pneumonia would probably kill him.

He's also afraid of the bad optics of really small crowds because of the cold weather (they were already going to be small crowds - lots of empty hotel rooms available - but the weather will knock the crowds down even more significantly.)

Forecast is sunny and a balmy 23 for DC on Monday. Snow is out of there by early Sunday night. Around here, that's a nice Winter day. People out walking their pups. Kids walking to and from school. What's the big deal? Wimps.

genitalia as synonyms for cowardice??? It does NOT matter that the term was widely used when you were growing up. It was sexist and offensive then, and even more so now that most people know better. Your pre-emptive excuse is just that, an excuse for using a sexist slur.
