…and general crackpottery. If people die, that (in his mind) is not his fault.

I say this as a person who has a close and dear family member who thinks he is the bees knees. My family member and I have a fragile detente where I insist she never try to discuss science with me.

He's heathy, so he likely won't die, so there's no reason for worry. And anyone that does die is probably old and/or fat, and therefore without reason for existence, so it's no loss anyway.

He should however join the SSA (Sociopathic Association of America) along with Drump and his other sycophants.

Especially when they join together to form a ruthless crime syndicate and have a great
deal of power and wealth.

And when most of the mob bosses are career criminals, paranoid, delusional, angry and drug addicts.

It is very very foolish to underestimate what these people are capable and how they think.

I have a PhD in a mental health field from a large reputable university with a specialty in
diagnoses and assessment. Also 40 years clinical experience as a therapist, did risk assessments every day.
And wrote many reports to the courts and law enforcement.

I stand by my comments. And could write a long paper with proper citations to back them up.

I still wonder what characteristics in particular lead you to think he would "salivate" over the act of killing people?

I haven't followed his case very carefully but I've none-the-less seen no indication that he is actually homicidal.

With paranoid delusions.

Now in charge of healthcare for the entire American population.

What could go wrong.

Shingles killed my 88 year old Dad. He was a bull of a man, until he came down with shingles. He had chronic lymphatic leukemia (it was always a minor health issue for him), however, it prevented him from getting Zostavax as it was contraindicated with the leukemia. Two months after he got shingles, the new vaccine came out, but it was too late for him. Every older member of my family has had it and described it as the worst pain they’ve ever experienced.

What it does to those I have known who got it. My ears perked right up the first time I heard there was a vaccine for it. It was free so I'm excited about that. They treat seniors pretty well at our community clinic in town.

I know I would be in big trouble if I got shingles so I'll do what I can to prevent that.
