Michael Fanone is no longer considered a crime victim.

I don't have a link to any articles, I heard that on tv earlier.

Orders of protection that were issued against his attackers no longer apply due to the pardons.

He filed for new orders of protection after the pardons, he was told that he cannot get information to serve his attackers because the court no longer sees him as a crime victim.

I hope more Americans will recognize how shameful this is for us as a country.

For what? Having a child that grew up to be a police officer, faithful to his duty as a police officer and citizen?
Every republican should be asked about this every day, and with photos of Officer Fanone laying in a hospital bed with tubes after he was attacked.
Don't give them an easy out to not answer questions about it.

Hegseth. His, answer to everything was “Anonymous smears”. Even situations where the eyewitness had sworn, they saw people carrying them up to his room because he was so drunk and passed out. That is not an anonymous smear, who held him to it. Nobody held Republican senators to it either.

And Michael Fanone’s story was told — when the J6 felons were pardoned, Fanone could no longer request a protective order because he wasn’t a victim anymore.

What the hell is wrong with people? This country has no respect for law? Or allows harm to people doing their jobs? This is a prime example of the Mafia. What is the point of respecting any law? Just go ahead and kill/harm people doing their job? Republicans have no respect for the law what a shame and it will destroy America into Trumps dictatorship, for you Maggots that can turn on you also or have you thought about it?

Unfortunately the MAGA gang feel no shame. They are Fascists and sociopaths. Sociopaths feel no shame and enjoy the suffering of others.

If he’s not allowed to commit a crime, he feels his rights have been infringed.

I would like to apologize for his actions since he's a coward too. For some reason he's been silent since too. Guilty people need pardons. Correct, Jeff & Beth? What have you got to lose now by coming back out, Cuz? Retired fireman too. Aaaaaaaaaand devout Christian too. It's not illegal when The President's henchmen do it? Got it.

Accepting one is an implicit admission of guilt in most cases. The exceptions perhaps being the preemptive pardons given by Joe Biden to the J6 committee and others because Trump promised he’d go after them.

Speaking of which, it must really chafe his balls to know that they are effectively untouchable now. Still, that’s probably the only action he gets down there.

I found this article about him seeking protection and it says nothing about it being turned down.

https://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/betrayed-former-dc-officer-seeks-protection-after-jan-6-attackers-pardoned/3821489/

As a D.C. police officer, Mike Fanone devoted more than 20 years to protecting his neighbors. Now, he's trying to protect himself and his family.

Fanone went to the Prince William County Courthouse on Tuesday to seek protective orders against the five men who pleaded guilty to violently assaulting him during the Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

"The fact that I have to do this, to try to afford my family some degree of protection, is outrageous," Fanone said. "But we are in an age of government lawlessness."

Among those pardoned were the five men who pleaded guilty to dragging Fanone into the crowd of rioters, beating him and shocking him with a stun-gun device.

The DOJ says they will provide him no protection. However, he is able to file for Protective Orders with local law enforcement. He did that. We'll see whether it's granted or not.

I am no legal scholar. He said he was told that the pardon invalidated the protective orders that were in place.
He says he was told he is no longer considered a crime victim. I take him at his word. He also said he is facing road blocks getting information about the whereabouts of his attackers to serve them with new protective orders.
He has rights as a crime victim. - Obviously, this DOJ is not treating him as one.

If not that, then at least
terror squads of fascist militants working under the radar to hurt and harass his perceived enemies.

The rule of law is quickly going down the MAGA toilet as we speak. Democrats and other non-Trump supporters need to start having each other's backs for help and "defense" if needed. There is strength in numbers and these fascist scum understand that. Plus they are cowards at heart.

And the "we don't want to be like them" complete nonsense needs to stop. We could use every single tactic they've used against us daily and we will still never, ever be like them.
