(465 posts)For top of the line eggs, each with an individual inspection stamp. My local walmart has them (Egglands Best) for 37 cents an egg for the 18 pack. Won't be long where 50 cents an egg is normal. So 2 eggs, a little chorizo and 2 tortillas will still be under a $2 option for breakfast. I'm not panicking.

(6,970 posts)Egg prices and fear of Communism were the excuses a neightbor gave me for voting for the Head Maggot.
I hope she's enjoying the low, low egg prices.

(10,035 posts)With Republicans in full control and public health agencies currently crippled, there is no one to blame but TSF. Sure, those to deep in the kool-aid to see daylight will still manage to figure out a way to blame Hillary Clinton for it but for most they will have to face the actual truth that trump is incredibly incompetent. I'm sure he will blame Biden some how but like everything else that has a limited shelf life, eventually that excuse will grow thin.

(7,893 posts)I was at Kroger a few days back. A guy was ranting with a teenager stock person over the price of eggs. He nearly started screaming. The manager had to intercede, finally calling him down to a degree.

(2,600 posts)Produce aisles will be empty since farmers will have no one to harvest their crops. Imported stuff will be pricey due to tariffs. That store-brand ham that they love to have will either kill them or make them very ill since the agency that warns us about food issues was shut down. P25 calls for also disabling the national weather service, so oops, who knew that hurricane was coming today? That insulin that had been priced low enough to afford is now thousands of dollars a month.
I am wondering how long it will take them to grasp the reality that their idol brought this on them because he is a child in a constant tantrum, and he wants them to die. I hope signs like this start appearing everywhere. Fox wont tell them, neither will any MSM or that stupid Lie Social site they gather on. They will remain ignorant if we cant at least try to educate them. Or they will die. Whatever.

(5,625 posts)(Yes, they ARE that delusional.)
Wait until they see the price of oranges - Central Valley harvest is just about at a standstill with a lack of pickers, and I don't see MAGAts lining up to reclaim those jobs that they bleat about those 'migrants' taking from them.
Their heads will explode when strawberries get to $1... each. Yet they'll still find a way to blame anyone but -2 for it. (I started calling him '-2' when he and his followers started wearing those stupid hats with '45-47' on the side. At first I thought that indicated the probable IQ range of the wearer. Really confuses them when I call him 'Negative Two'.)

(3,124 posts)I noticed the egg case was only half full and the price of a dozen eggs ranged from $7-$11/dozen. I also noticed the war in Ukraine is still raging. I thought that was supposed to end on day one?!
