(1,583 posts)so homeowners havent all been allowed to return (there are still curfews, etc.). He told her homeowners could do the cleanup themselves, which is blatantly unsafe with the toxic debris present.

(52,515 posts)and only about 10% contained. I saw its black smoke about 30 minutes after it started from about 60 miles away. And I was just visiting my mother and we were talking about evacuating supplies, etc. then I saw the enormous smoke plume going straight up while driving home. She is safe so that's good.
