4. I wish. Unfortunately, he attacked our mayor yesterday because the cleanup hasn't already been completed,

so homeowners haven’t all been allowed to return (there are still curfews, etc.). He told her homeowners could do the cleanup themselves, which is blatantly unsafe with the toxic debris present.

This is good since it won't be wasted runoff from a very dry soil. This may be the best type of rain at this time. The ground is as hard as a rock.

doesn’t produce too much plant growth! Hope you all are staying fire safe down there — I saw Otay Mesa is still burning .

and only about 10% contained. I saw its black smoke about 30 minutes after it started from about 60 miles away. And I was just visiting my mother and we were talking about evacuating supplies, etc. then I saw the enormous smoke plume going straight up while driving home. She is safe so that's good.
