As a mediocre white guy myself, I can look around and see it everywhere in my corporate environment.

Minority and women have to be more qualified and perform better and they still get questioned endlessly. We have some of the most mediocre leaders who make terrible decisions and face little consequences because they're part of the old white boy club. It's stark.
