. . . If Trump can overturn birthright citizenship by executive fiat, shouldn't that thereby nullify Marco Rubio's citizenship, and disqualify him from serving as Secretary of State?
And shouldn't we then be deporting his ass back to Cuba?

The question is not whether or not they were citizens its only whether they were here legally.
