So here's a question . . .

. . . If Trump can overturn birthright citizenship by executive fiat, shouldn't that thereby nullify Marco Rubio's citizenship, and disqualify him from serving as Secretary of State?

And shouldn't we then be deporting his ass back to Cuba?

Rubio’s parents were legal residents. So even under Trump’s version of the rule he would be a citizen
