One problem with some Dems is that they are too compassionate and civilized. We are too soft. Our enemy has no compassion. This conflict is not going to be solved with complaints and platitudes. It will only be solved with power politics and possibly force. This is a knife fight, not a debate. Politics as usual will not work.

Will... standing up to them makes them back down. The majority of predators engage in a cost/benefit analysis before an attack on prey, if it becomes too cumbersome, the predator will walk away.

5. I was bullied from kindergarten

through high school with a couple of small breaks when I moved a few times. I was always told to ignore them. I finally lost it with one of my bullies in the middle of the day and proceeded to verbally rip him a new one in the middle of a classroom as the next class came wandering in (quite fascinated by what was going on). The bullying let up exponentially from that day on (it didn't go away completely). Quite the lesson learned!

If someone is trying to kill you, a strongly worded letter is not going to work. The Dems in Congress and most of the Media is showing up as weak. We need some progressive Warriors in charge, not weak Neoliberals that are afraid to actually fight.
