Trump's government is in violation of the law and the Constitution. It is illegal and null and void. We have a moral right to overthrow it and form a new government. Perhaps the Blue States should secede and form a new government amongst themselves. A new Union. We could restore the old government after Trump and MAGA are defeated and removed.

Reread the text of the Declaration of Independence in the OP. When a government becomes tyrannical people have a right to overthrow it. The Constitution is based on our natural rights. When our lives are threatened, when our freedom and liberties are threatened, the people have a natural right to overthrow the despotic government and establish a new government. Read the Declaration of Independence. It is the founding document of our Nation.
