Passive in the sense that there won't be forced sterilization or "euthanasia", at least not for now. This may be paranoid and premature, but I think it's worth raising the possibility. The sooner we see it the sooner we can react.

My brother just lost his job with a company that was funded by the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), which began under George W. Bush in 2003. Trump cut this program.

Billionaires like Trump, Musk, Thiel, etc., along with many Republicans, want to make way for their transhumanist, breakaway (and white Christian) civilization.
