You can thank the current SCOTUS for the establishment of the fascist state we have become.

No where can I find absolute IMMUNITY in the Constitution. Only by the insane rulings of the Roberts Court are we where we are today. Even with Mitch tossing the country under the Trump bus, much of what is happening now could not be taking place without the immunity ruling by the Roberts Court.
