How soon until we can call for impeachment?

I mean, withdrawing the country from all those organizations, freezing funds, taking down websites/pages for minority citizens, all the ICE stuff, the firing of the Attorneys General, etc, etc, etc. I hope the Dems are whispering loudly in the ear of every Republican in Congress. The lapdogs will self select and the idea is to get them in the minority, thinking wise, about the performance of the current occupant of the Oval Office. I'm at a loss to think of anything else that will get him out of there while we still have most of the historical infrastructure in place. I still have faith the military will NOT back him up in carrying out illegal orders. Ideas, suggestions, thoughts?

Give him a few more months. Invading Greenland would do the trick.

2. The real question is what could he do to make Republicans want to get rid of him?

That’s a line no one has found so far.

Republicans have always been the party of opposition, the party to say 'no you can't' to the Democrats.

But this is a different game, the end point for Trump seems to be the total demolition of Government and legal structures, not to mention social norms.
With overtones of fascist inclinations.

Are Republicans ok with this? Or are they just slow learners, or just not watching?
Any Repug comments about Musk's performance on stage?

1) There’s no chance in hell it goes anywhere.
2) It may just play into Trump’s hands and make people sympathetic to him. That’s a serious consideration that needs to be weighed.

9. Trump has already violated his oath

Trump brazenly has violated his oath to uphold the Constitution. He should be impeached now before he causes more damage. Surely there must be enough Republicans in the Senate who wlll recognize that impeachment of Trump is necessary to save our country.

10. I don't believe the Senate GOP members have the courage to do that.

Many Americans have made great sacrifices for this country, but impeaching President Trump is just too much to ask. It would be like wearing a strip of cloth across your face to protect a fellow citizen from contracting a deadly disease….it’s just a bridge too far.

The MAGA led House will never do it. I'd rather see us fighting to take over the House in the midterms.

You'd only boost his popularity. Impeachment is not the solution, even if they had the votes. It does nothing without conviction.

17. It would take 20 Republican Senators

To vote with every (47) Democrat and Independent to remove Trump from office and then Vice President Vance would just be a figurehead with Trump still calling the shots from Mar-a-Lago.
I don't see 20 Republican Senators deserting Trump.
