He was just very assertive about the funding freeze and the real impacts it could have on real people.
He talked about some of the portals being down, like Medicaid, and what a "coincidence" it was that they went down at the same time a freeze was announced. He talked about people being up all night trying to address the chaos.

He was angry and laid out what has happened. He explained what this has done to states with the closing down of all these programs. He said we were up all night trying to figure this out. And all state governors Republican or Democratic need to come forward because they are in the same boat. It is definitely worth watching.
