I'm a bit puzzled...

it seems that quite a number of folks on this website appear to be just hearing of its illegal spending stop, and are missing that a federal judge stopped its eo to freeze spending within a few hours. Yes, I understand the pause is temporary, but it is a pause. Time and past to hit the streets.
