He came in 11th in a 10 person race for Senate in MD. That said, we may want to go with a national chair and general chair model that we have used in the recent past. SocialSecurity will be a major battleground and Martin OMalley know the issue like few others. Couple him with Ben Winkler and you have a very formidable team.

The chair has the ability to do a lot more harm than good such as the one while Hillary was running for president.
