Irresponsible motorcyclists are a menace and California highways are full of them, maybe because there's so much traffic. I'm driving south on the 101 somewhere around Encino. I'm probably going thirty miles per hour because there's so much traffic. This motorcyclist drives between me and the car to my left and comes so close he clipped by side view mirror and it folded due to the impact. Imagine how close that moron had to be to accomplish that. Thankfully no one was hurt and my side view mirror only has some minor scratches.
