... impeachment should begin if we get any power after the midterms. Even then, we should consider President Vance is the outcome. Right now, impeachment is something the Republicans can do, if he does something like... invade Canada. Of course, even that might fail, considering what the Republicans have become.

Not only it will not pass, It will not be voted on. The speaker decides what gets put on the floor for a vote.
