So, in other words..."concepts of a plan." Gotcha.

Aaron Fritschner @Fritschner

Trump's post did indeed wildly overstate what he's doing on prescription drugs.

The operative language of his order: "the Secretary shall impose a rulemaking plan to impose most-favored-nation pricing" at a later date

He isn't "immediately" reducing drug prices by "30% to 80%"

And soon this will turn into the new Infrastructure Week.

Is anyone else shocked by this?

Are “working on a plan” to reduce prices on drugs. In other words, in two weeks, they’ll unveil their big, beautiful plan. As usual, that is announced with the unspoken caveat…..Maybe.

If they keep on saying things like this, my eyes are going to roll so far back in my head, I’ll have backward vision. 🙄

bill this morning or appeared on Capitol steps supporting this with safeguards, even calling it "trump's plan" if necessary.

Our plan to lower prices of 10 - 20 common drugs didn't happen overnight either. We should be supporting this, no matter how much we despise trump, and force him to continue down this road. It's kind of difficult to oppose cutting drug prices, even if it's a trump proposal.

Crucify trump if he doesn't deliver.
