Trump is in really deep shit so our corrupt "liberal media" is now pushing the Joe Biden was out of it lie.

The Republicans own the media. End of story. Remember we just had to attack Iraq
because Saddam had WMDs? Distraction is what the P.T.B. need to do as Trump
is grifting in Saudi Arabia. Hence the Biden was out of it and really needed a wheel-
chair merde.

President Biden to me was the best President of my lifetime and accomplished a lot
and hardly was a doddering old man who was out of it. This just another version of
the price of eggs memes (120 + million chickens died so the price of eggs went up),
or Hunter Biden’s laptop smear job (Russian/GOP project), or Hillary’s email server,
or what about India and China producing CO2 too so we shouldn’t work on the climate,
or the Jan. 6th domestic terrorists who attacked our National Capitol to overturn an
election were just patriots and tourists, or the C-19 global pandemic was really Dr. Anthony
Fauci’s fault for the 14 million dead world wide (real #s) not Trump’s responsibility, or
the late night shift in Ohio’s 2004 vote showed that people were worried about gay
marriage, or the danger from some 17 year old t-girl playing high school softball, or …

This Biden was out of touch shit is a planned distraction from Trump’s corruption,
fascism, and lawlessness. CNN was pushing this crap for the 30 seconds I watched
this AM.

Upcoming and Recent Books on Joe Biden

1. Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again
Authors: Jake Tapper (CNN) and Alex Thompson (Axios)

This book alleges that Biden's aides concealed his physical and cognitive decline during his presidency. Based on over 200 interviews, it details incidents like Biden not recognizing George Clooney at a 2024 fundraiser and internal discussions about using a wheelchair due to his mobility issues. The authors argue that Biden's decision to seek re-election, despite health concerns, was detrimental to the Democratic Party.

2. Fight: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House
Authors: Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes

This book provides an inside look at the 2024 presidential election, focusing on Biden's re-election campaign, his eventual withdrawal, and Kamala Harris's nomination. It highlights internal conflicts within the Democratic Party and the challenges faced during the campaign.

3. Uncharted: How Trump Beat Biden, Harris, and the Odds in the Wildest Campaign in History
Author: Chris Whipple

Whipple's book examines the 2024 election, emphasizing Biden's cognitive challenges and the administration's internal struggles. It includes accounts of Biden's debate performance and the subsequent decision to withdraw from the race.

4. 2024: How Trump Retook the White House and the Democrats Lost America
Authors: Josh Dawsey, Tyler Pager, and Isaac Arnsdorf

This forthcoming book offers a comprehensive account of the 2024 election, analyzing the strategies of both the Trump and Biden campaigns. It is based on over 300 interviews conducted over 18 months.

Biden got our country from the Trump COVID recession to a strong diversified economy. High employment, better wages, more unions, high stock market, very important economic reforms, etc. Idiots were complaining "nobody wants to work anymore".

GOP much prefers "they're stealing our jobs" dystopian recession mentality. They love having an enemy to complain about. For Trump it's immigrants, the federal workforce, American institutions, and anyone who disagrees with him.

The book is “Original Sin,” and it supposedly tells how President Biden’s advisers “stomped out discussion of his age-related limitations, including internal concerns of aides, external worries of Democratic allies and scrutiny by journalists.”

According to the NYT review, the book is based almost entirely on anonymous sources. I interpret that to mean people who were not in Biden’s inner circle who I think would be more loyal to him. Had Tapper and Thompson written a book about the successes of the Biden presidency, few would buy it because Republicans don’t want to know about the successes and Democrats already know about them. So they wrote a book with controversial stories from sources who refused to be named and thus may be totally unreliable or Trump supporters trying to damage the Biden legacy.

Scooter Libby, Judy Miller and those turning aspens

What did Libby mean in his cryptic letter to Miller? She provides some clues.

By TIM GRIEVE
SALON, JANUARY 31, 2007

Excerpt…

The Aspen Strategy Group was and is a veritable who's who of the Washington foreign policy-media establishment. Its co-chairmen are Brent Scowcroft, the national security advisor for George H.W. Bush, and Joe Nye, who served in the State Department under Jimmy Carter and in the Defense Department under Bill Clinton. In August 2003, its members included Sen. Dianne Feinstein, Rep. Jane Harman, former Defense Secretary Bill Perry, former CIA Director James Woolsey, Times reporter David Sanger, a slew of think tank and foundation types -- and Miller herself.

So are members of the Aspen Strategy Group the "aspens" of which Libby wrote? They meet "out west," where Libby had seen Miller on vacation. And like arboreal aspens, the members of the group are closely "connected," not only at the "roots" -- early members of the group included Walter Mondale, Paul Nitze, Les Aspin, Zbigniew Brzezinski and and Robert McNamara -- but also at the branches. A profile of the group posted on its Web site says it's "credited" with launching many careers, including that of Condoleezza Rice; Scowcroft invited her to start attending meetings in the 1980s because, he said, "I thought I should get to know her better and introduce her to some of these groups who would move her along."

Continues…

https://www.salon.com/2007/01/31/aspens/

She was willing to protect her associates and their underground connections, who include that day’s mere billionaires. Aspens are white trees, connected unseen by their roots...

High-profiled Democrats like Nancy Pelosi failed to push back significantly about the claims.

Biden and his team also failed. They refused to acknowledge the age issue and that Americans were concerned about his mental fitness. Instead of running a robust campaign, they shielded Biden from the media, which meant he held fewer press conferences and interviews than any president in modern history.

These stories have legs because they're believable. And Biden and Democrats did zero to dispell the narrative.

Biden's number one objective in 2024 was to make sure Trump was beaten and he kinda failed there. I blame the hubris of his campaign for refusing to see the issues that would become so apparent after his debate. Biden trailed in pretty much every national poll, and nearly every swing state poll going back to September, 2023. And there was never any attempt to address the sagging numbers - at least not until it was too late and he was already in desperation mode after the debate.

News is supposed to be current events ie stuff that's new.

Biden is no longer president. Only those defending Trump care what Joe's short comings may have been.

I was going to post something today along those lines. So I don't have cable anymore, just internet, so I don't get to hear or see TV news much anymore. I get gear it on satillite radio for about 20 minutes a day when I'm driving and another glimpse of the actual TV news from several sources for the first 20 minutes I'm at the gym on the elliptical, Planet Fitness has a bunch of TVs setup. So while everyone else was talking about Mango Mussolini's corrupt ass trip to the ME, Faux was talking about the news media covering up Biden being incompetent during his administration. That Faux isn't an overt propaganda arm of the Republican party should not be in doubt to anyone.

Enough. The book is coming out, there are plenty of sources, as well as our own lying eyes and ears. He was diminishing. Was he out of it the whole time, NO. Could he have gone another 4 yrs No.

I understand we are mad that this keeps getting brought up, but it is called reflection. If you can’t reflect you can’t grow and change.

You are acting like the parent that says “ Not my little Johnny” to the teacher giving you a true assessment of your little monster.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) says she still hasn't spoken to President Biden since urging him to drop out of the 2024 race, and some of his allies "haven't forgiven" her for pressuring him about the decision.

Why it matters: Pelosi was among the top Democrats who called for Biden to end his presidential campaign, despite Biden's insistence at the time that he stay in the race.

Generally from Google;

AI Overview

Nancy Pelosi has stated that she did not ask President Joe Biden to step aside during his 2024 re-election campaign.

Conflicting Reports:
While Pelosi has denied directly asking Biden to drop out, multiple sources suggest she played a significant role in his decision to withdraw from the race.
Reports indicate that Pelosi, along with other prominent Democrats, expressed concerns about Biden's electability and conveyed these concerns to him, potentially influencing his decision.
Pelosi's Position:

Pelosi has consistently maintained that she did not directly pressure Biden to withdraw or lead a pressure campaign to that effect.

She has acknowledged that she had private conversations with Biden regarding his campaign, but has not publicly disclosed the specifics of those conversations.

Biden's Decision:
Ultimately, it was Joe Biden's decision to end his re-election campaign, which he announced in late July 2024.

Russia's 'Pravda' Disinformation Network is Poisoning Western AI Models.

A well-funded Moscow-based propaganda machine has successfully infiltrated leading artificial intelligence models, flooding Western AI systems with Russian disinformation, a NewsGuard audit has confirmed. The network—dubbed "Pravda," a nod to the Soviet-era newspaper—has been systematically injecting AI chatbots with false narratives by gaming search engines and web crawlers. The implications are severe: AI models are increasingly echoing Kremlin-backed falsehoods, compromising information integrity at an unprecedented scale.

The AI Disinformation Battlefield
NewsGuard’s audit of 10 leading generative AI tools—including OpenAI’s ChatGPT-4o, Google’s Gemini, and Microsoft’s Copilot—found that the models repeated Pravda’s false narratives 33 percent of the time. This marks a disturbing shift in how disinformation is disseminated: rather than targeting human audiences directly, Moscow’s information warfare machine is poisoning the very data streams that AI models rely upon to generate responses.

John Mark Dougan, an American fugitive turned Kremlin propagandist, laid out this strategy bluntly in a Moscow conference earlier this year: “By pushing these Russian narratives from the Russian perspective, we can actually change worldwide AI.” Dougan’s statement underscores a key objective of the Pravda network: weaponizing AI-generated content to reshape global narratives in Russia’s favor.

How Pravda Corrupts AI Models
Unlike traditional disinformation campaigns that aim to persuade human readers, the Pravda network operates as a laundering operation for Kremlin propaganda. It syndicates misleading content across 150 seemingly independent websites, each optimized for AI and search engine algorithms. This includes fabricated claims about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky misappropriating military aid and false reports of U.S. bioweapons labs in Ukraine.

office for months and our nation is in a real crisis, but the way all the corporate media is going along for the ride, it seems. They have completely rewritten history so that now it is accepted wisdom that whatever age issues Biden had were ignored. THEY WEREN'T. There were countless NYT front page headlines and breathless cable news segments about that topic. But you know what is and always will be ignored? Trump's mental state no matter how obvious or well documented.

A lot of people are happy when there's a Democratic administration because they enjoy freaking out all the time about the terrible things that might happen. When Republicans actually do the terrible things things, must ignore or make excuses, it's fine. Have to blame Democrats somehow to start having fun again.

Because there is nothing unique about Tapper’s argument. There have been countless articles on the subject already, with testimonies of 200 Democrats in Tapper’s case. You’re going to find yourself in a constant state of agitation as the other books, asserting the same thing, come out.

Historians will write books about Biden too. Will you also accuse them of distraction?

I for one will believe the historical record, which I expect will confirm what I’ve seen through my own eyes. If it doesn’t, then I’ll know better. What I won’t do is call them liars because I find the information inconvenient.

No offense to President Biden, or any other good human being, but time impacts us physically and psychically.

I'm steamed the guy's advisors were too chicken shit to tell him to his face what he needed to hear.

Otherwise, DoJ would've locked Trump up January 21, 2021, first thing in the morning.
