This week, I think, she was confronted with the waste of funds in her Dept. as in, she's blasted through most of this year's budget for her agency. She's just about broke so she'd better figure out how to fund her next tranche of adventures.

don't come cheap. Can't have her leading thousands of guys into prisons if she's not properly propped.

Just letting out her shirts, taking in the pant waists, finding a bullet-proof vest with just the right curvature -- snug, but not squeezing. Likewise, her hats must fit nicely so her long hair extensions don't get tangled. It's tough work, but somebody's gotta do it.
