According to the Trump administration, Supreme Court decisions hold no powerat least when President Donald Trump doesnt like them.
Testifying before Congress on Wednesday, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem argued that the Trump administration does not have to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland resident who was wrongly deported to El Salvadoreven though the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that it does.
Noems assertion came during questioning from Democratic Rep. Daniel Goldman of New York at a House Homeland Security Committee hearing.
Goldman asked Noem what steps the Trump administration has taken to comply with the court.

BTW, I read that she not only shot her puppy, but also a couple of her horses -- at that same gravel pit. If an animal needs to be put down, there are veterinarians to do it as humanely as possible. She's obviously bragging about how often she uses guns, nothing more.
