Bruce Springsteen: America "is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent and treasonous administration."

https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/whats-on/reviews/bruce-springsteen-review-manchester-tour-31645297

After saying the E Street band were about to 'call upon the righteous power of music, art and rock and roll in dangerous times', he told the crowd: "In my home, the America I love, the America I've written about, that has been a beacon of hope and liberty for 250 years, is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent and treasonous administration.

"Tonight, we ask all who believe in democracy and the best of our American spirit, to rise with us, raise your voices against authoritarianism, and let freedom reign."

Low hanging fruit.
I love the man!!! I actually thought this was somebody real, whose parents loved Bruce until I saw Nicole show the video.
Never will I criticized a spelling error, with my fat fingers, poor eyesight, auto spell corrections, and tiny screen.
Was great to see Nicole show it. He is no Kid Rock!!!
But he is what we got

2004 after Dubya invaded Iraq. We went to the Vote for Change tour. He’s been more and more vocal ever since. Chris Christie was a huge fan - until the Bridgegate scandal perhaps! If you want a laugh, lookup Jimmy Fallon Bruce Springsteen Born to Run parody. Bruuuuuuce! ❤️

I love his live version of it when he has to quite the crowd for the raw effect of the moment.
Moves me every time.
The chimp’s asshole’s (trump) idea of great Rock,
Kid Rott, the Cover Song's old man, many decades beyond Kid, and the now mostly dead hard Rockers, Village People.
Bruce is an American hero, Icon, and voice for what American use to be. In One concert Bruce spends more energy than trump put into his whole useless existence. No wait, one fucking song.

A lot of people (looking at you George Will) didn't bother to listen to the lyrics.

Bruce has been political from the beginning, because he knows that politics runs our lives.

bring this up in his concerts prior to the election. I love Bruce, so much but I was very disappointed to hear him say he was dropping the political talk from his shows last summer/fall. Maybe he could have made a difference.
