Went to Walmart yesterday. Even though I loathe the place, I went because my wife wanted to get some basil for our garden.

That store encapsulates all that is wrong with America from the billionaire tight-fisted Walton family down to the downtrodden people who shop there. The fact that it is the largest employer in America says it all about the decay of our society.

Once we get to the garden center an idiot with a red MAGA hat shows up. I immediately made eye contact with this fool and I'm sure my total disdain is reflected on my face. He does a double take and I continue to glare at him. My wife immediately
picked up on the vibe and pulls me out of the department.

I so wanted to blast him! After all the bullshit that's gone down since day glow returned to office there are still morons running around worshiping that pile of shit?!?

We go to the checkout and this walking heap of ignorance is checking out next to us. He starts complaining about the high prices. I couldn't resist, so I told him it's going to be "great again" as soon as Donnie's tariffs kick in!

At this point my wife is pulling me out of the place because she knows I grew up in a tough working class area and my inner street kid wants to smash one of these clowns.

I don't know this country anymore and I certainly don't like what it has become!

7. Way back when Walmart first came to town

I warned people not to shop there. I told them it was just cheap shit from China. I told them it would put the local mom and pop shops out of business.

I worked with a lot of tools in my job and I used tools that were made in America. I used a lot of allen head socket wrenches so I bought Sears Craftsman because when I wore them out Sears replaced them free of charge. I had to laugh what Sears did to wrenches though. I was looking for a 6 inch Crescent wrench and looked at one in Sears. It wasn't a Craftsman and they put the bar code over top of the Made in China writing.

My wrench set was Proto and my pliers were Channellock and my work boots were Red Wing.

You get what you pay for at Walmart.
