Where is the money TRump has said has come from his tariffs?

I have been a member of DU for 20 years and Meidas Touch for 3 years. I don't post often but learn so much for which I thank you all.

On MT, I have heard Ben say that trump is bragging about over 20 Trillion dollars collected from tariffs so far.
Of course, none of us believe this. If there has been this huge amount of money collected, where is it?
With this amount of money, the government could back SNAP, Medicare, Medicaid and about a million other programs.

time I read a story about tariffs, the figure mentioned is different. If djt is supplying the figure, it can't be believed. Same is probably true for figures provided by Bessent (from his position up high inside djt's colon). In my mind's eye, I see dump counting out cash -- one buck in the country's pocket...one million for his pocket...the rest for his billionaire donors and family.
