Millions of people are going to be harmed by this and I don't see how that helps Republicans

All of this hardship and harm is being caused by the cruel, deplorable con artist and spineless Republicans.

The con was willing to starve people, create financial hardship for Federal workers, disrupt air traffic just to strip millions of people from affordable health care simply because he doesn't like President Obama. And yes, he is stripping millions of people from affordable health care. Many will likely die because of this.

He has no plan to remedy this harm and chaos. And he frankly doesn't care.

All he had to do was extend the subsides for one year. He didn't. He chose extreme cruelty, economic hardship and chaos. And those spineless, scumbag Republicans went along with him.

do anything other than scramble to survive until tomorrow, every day a literal struggle to live, which means they cannot vote, cannot protest, cannot strike, cannot organize, cannot resist.

Repugs WANT everyone scared and desperate and cowed every second of every day. This helps with that.
