Billionaires including Peter Thiel, the tech venture capitalist, and Larry Page, a co-founder of Google, are considering cutting or reducing their ties to California by the end of the year because of a proposed ballot measure that could tax the state’s wealthiest residents, according to five people familiar with their thinking.

of their deductions and exemptions on their federal taxes. Washington is considering such a tax and the babies are crying bitter tears. There is no income tax here so they are skating by pretty easily but that is not enough for them. They are the most special people of all time.

If implemented, his net worth of $27.5 billion would probably not even drop.

It just wouldn’t grow quite so fast.
