Anybody else get SS 2 1/2 days late?

Mine was due the 3rd, but it was the weekend so it should have been here the 2nd, so after worrying me all weekend it finally showed up after noon (Washington time). Never happened before. Is this more Trump Terrorizing the Elderly?
