A woman was clearly murdered. The regime has sanctioned it. If he goes free, the regime has free reign to continue murdering people in self defense.

If this isn't the turning point, I don't think there will be one.

Obviously Trump won't, and will obstruct any investigation by the state. I assume Trump will do a mass pardon of ICE/his administration so a future federal prosecution would be out. But the next president could turn over whatever is found for state use.

One flaw Obama had was in not going after the banking industry. Many people think the Biden administration didn't go enough after the first Trump administration and while I'm not wholly on board with that, I do think there's more that could have been done.

I think we will need something whether it's our own Nuremberg trials or truth and reconciliation commission to make sure people understand what has been happening. And it needs to be public whether Internet or TV.

... official misconduct only worth at most a couple of years. No need for SCOTUS.

Now he'd could be taken to into Civil courts and sued.

Then it will move to federal court (still a state case but handled by feds) and there is a 50/50 chance it gets dismissed by a judge. Having written procedures prohibiting shooting moving cars helps here so maybe 40% chance of dismissal.

If it makes it to trial I give it a 60% chance of conviction.

And Derek Chauvin is in prison on both federal and state charges.

It could certainly happen to Ross, but not likely before 2029.

In the meantime, he’s probably gonna have to sell his house and move out of state.

Couchfucker already declared he and the rest of the Gestapo immune from any accountability. They tampered with the scene and destroyed all the evidence.

Why are we still acting like the system is going to save us?
