Interesting data about location of undocumented - many more in RED states , but NO ice

I wonder what the Republican voters think? Didn’t they want their PedoPrez to get rid of their Brown people too?
OR , maybe No. Because their economy would tank without hard-working, low-wage Brown people.

Pew Research Institute (2023):

• Red State Texas has about 2.1 million undocumented immigrants

• Red State Florida has 1.6 M undocumented immigrants

• Blue State Minnesota has 130,000.

And yet only Minnesota is being occupied by masked thugs over "immigration."

It's *not* about immigration.

Donnie doesn't have long term plans other than maybe lunch. But seriously, we're not going to put up with this for much longer. Minnesota is another blue state that sends more $'s to DC than it gets back. They're killing the golden geese who keep Texas and Mississippi budgets afloat. Hey, if that's what they want to do, fine by me.

though I’m too lazy to do the math, that FL might have a higher number per capita than we do.

Okay, FL and TX have more undocumented per capita than CA but we’re definitely next on ICE’s hit parade. Not by much but still …

FL … .0698
MN … .0257
TX … .0688
CA … .059

Dallas, near Austin, Rio Grand Valley, Pasadena. An Instagram confirmed my suspicion they were cutting power to homes, making it look like just another grid outage, grabbing someone when they stepped outside to check or come to the door. That's illegal. Lots of strange nighttime outages and gun shots in our area which is unusual. Nighttime, no witnesses.

Surely it’s dawned on them that the current Presidency’s campaign against “Illegals” is as much about racism (if not more so) than it is about people who came to the US without proper paperwork.

I admit that I’m a white Anglo, but I continue to be baffled. Why do they tolerate it? Do they think Donald John is truthful and trustworthy or something? Do they think that the Republicans see them as equals?

Texas Latinos are a plurality of the population of Texas. There are more of them than there are Texans of purely-European descent. I don’t know what percentage of Texas Latinos have passed their 18th birthday, but if they so choose, they already have the capability to throw almost every Texas Republican holding statewide office out of their jobs.

(Offal)-swallowing is optional. It can end when voters remind elected politicians that they work for the people and if they don’t do what the people want, the can be thrown out of office.

Focusing mostly in the urban, left leaning areas like DFW, Houston, and Austin, but using similar tactics.
There was a action last week in Kyle, which is an Austin suburb about 25 miles from the Austin suburb and county I live in.
