3 Republican resignations? Instead of retiring, resign in protest. In the House anyway -- but that'd be a pretty stinging news cycle.

Point is, they ain't gonna do it.

convicted him in the Senate. They could have stopped countless things and called him out.
The illegal tariffs, actions, brown shirt militia, enabling Putin. Attacking our allies. All of this is on them.

and the crowds that Bernie and AOC get, even in very red districts are proof (and Mamdani?)

A grassroots revolution is needed for the party to win.

Anyway, this morning's thoughts. (first link above)

The people are leading. I can't believe the lack of leadership among well-known party members. Must be crazy threats.

We have no Dr. King. No John Lewis ...

Best I've been able to come up with is Mark Cuban, mainly because he's not associated with the party (is this what we need?)

Maybe also Steve Kerr, head coach of the Golden State Warriors. With the injuries and draft clunkers going on there, I think he needs to elevate his own game.

Outspoken leaders (love them) are Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Jasmine Crockett, Elizabeth Warren, but they lack firepower. Gavin Newsom's recent backpedalling may be due to threats. We can't nominate his press secretary! (or can we?)

Maybe a military officer with guts to stare down threats.
And given recent performance, maybe an enlisted person.

But, realistically, that's highly doubtful. I can't wrap my mind around the fact that gross pervert is sitting in the White House. And tearing it down because that's what this monster does, destroys everything he touches.
