I make every attempt to be medically objective

and without any hesitation I will state for the “record” or whatever the heck this is, that he is spiraling downward and the rate of change, so to speak, is increasing. The first derivative (d-shithead/d-trump for you calculus fans) is growing rather rapidly.

If a formerly cogent, high-functioning individual attended my office and possessed the affect which he had at the Davos speech, I would immediately contact the spouse or next-of-kin and recommend a full professional evaluation.

Now because he makes me violently ill, I can only watch and worse, listen to him very occasionally. It had been some time since I had and that performance demonstrated a significant decline from the last time I saw him. It is definitely a marked decline.

This is not a sentient individual and is decompensating more rapidly than ever. Hold onto your hats, it’s gonna get exciting.

We all say: Trump this, and Trump that...................

Trump wouldn't have gotten into office either time, or stayed in office either time, for more than a week if these groups didn't keep him in office:
100% of all the Republicans in the U.S. Senate

100% of all the Republicans in the U.S. House

100% of all the Republicans in the U.S. House

100% of all the Republican Governors in the U.S.

The 95% U.S. Media, which is owned operated by Republican Oligarchs
Including, but not limited to Fox News, and 100% of all RW Radio stations across the entire U.S.

The "NEW" Republican Robber Barrons and Republican Uber Wealthy Oligarchs. Bill Gates, Bezos, Etc

Every last U.S. Corporation in the U.S. and many foreign Corporations

The infamous NRA in the 2016 election that was funneling/laundering Russian Oligarch money to support Republican's in the elections

Many U.S. enemy Foreign Countries, using covert hacking, and money, like Russia and China.....

Elon Musk, Stephen Miller, Russell Vought, and the entire 2025 CABAL, and Herritage group.

Throw in the FBI, FEC, SEC, Republican State National Guards, Border Patrol, U.S. Military, and countless other U.S. Gov't Agencies

WE HAVE TO FRAME THESE ENTIRE TREASONOUS, SEDITIOUS, GROUPS..... MUCH MORE THAN "TRUMP" FOR ALL THE DAMAGE BEING DONE TO THE U.S. ECONOMY, OUR BELOVED DEMOCRACY, AND OUR CONSTITUTION................

If he decides to have one should be fun. Democrats should be heckling him all throughout…government is a joke now anyway may as well drive him into a ketchup rage.

Chants of “release the Epstein Files”, maybe “Jack is right”, loudly point out every lie..”That’s a lie” works well. “Show us the proof” at some of his statements.

No PedoPrez comments…keep it a little civil.

He's still waddling around, though unsteadily; he can still make word-adjacent sounds with his face that are understood well enough to scare the entire world; and he is still able to ingest grease-exuding foodlike substances sufficient to keep that quivering bundle of meat that passes for his body in an apparently undead state. By decompensating I hope what is really meant is something more like deliquescing. I won't be happy until some minion walks into the Oval Office and finds nothing behind the Resolute Desk but a puddle of foul-smelling goo.

I think part of the spiraling is due to his malignant narcissism and the pathological intolerance for criticism and ridicule. There is a name for it: "narcissistic collapse," and I think that's what we're seeing. That, combined with some cognitive decline.

His mother lived to be 88.

So he can easily finish out his term, although he may be less functional than he is now. And as long as doesn't drool, throw feces or run into the middle of the street naked and screaming, no matter how mentally incompetent he gets, there's no way the 25th amendment will be invoked by this Republican party.

his daddy didn’t eat mcDonald’s three times a day.

He has three sandwiches at each "meal" from McD's. I posted about this a few weeks ago. Can't recall my source at the moment, but when I do I'll edit this post.

Back in the early 80s, McDonalds national headquarters in Oak Brook, IL had a regular employee cafeteria.

They changed it over to serving only McDonald's food, i.e., what you would find at their restaurants. They called this cafeteria "The Golden Arches."

Within a few years their executives began keeling over with heart attacks and other illnesses caused by such a diet. Needless to say, the company cafeteria went back to the prior format.

Don't forget the chocolate shake and the second Filet-O-Fish (which Trump calls a "Fish Delight" for some bizarre reason).

He also recently berated McDonald's executives for being too skimpy with his "Fish Delights" when it comes to the tartar sauce!

https://democraticunderground.com/100220940403#post26

According to a book co-written by Corey Lewandowski (Trump's 2016 campaign manager), this was Donnie's "standing dinner order" on Trump Force One: two Big Macs, two Filet-o-Fish, and a "chocolate malted" (actually a shake--McDonalds doesn't serve malts).

... but he was also seriously jet-lagged, probably on speed or some other drug as a pep-me-up.

Even in Chump's first term, he used to show up in Europe, or Japan, or wherever on the day of his appointment and never a day early. The jet-lag (super-tired goofiness) was always noticeable even then. I can't believe his minders allowed this, old people are really affected by it much worse than younger people.

He should have arrived at least 24 hours ahead, and slept or rested for most of the first day. THEN he would have been ready and perhaps a little more coherent.

Not that it mattered, because his speech was ridiculous anyway. But his delivery would have been a little better.

new excuse.

Trump is merely getting Botox in his hands to make them bigger. The bruise was caused by the Dr. getting distracted by Trump's big brain, Trump knows more about this than the Dr's. They are so impressed that the gave him a Medical degree.

They gave him some needles and Botox. On the way out the door, they told him he knows more about it than they do, he can go ahead and do it himself.

... I used to be a very activist Union Shop Steward. More than once, I've had the experience of a person going through medical issues, Reasonable Accommodation, and unfortunately, Medical Separation. I would tell people not to tell me their medical issues as I didn't need to know, but I would say if they wanted to share to feel more comfortable, then they could. I know more than I ever wished to know about so many people.

There is one person who sticks in my mind. HR contacted me and said this person needs a Steward. I said, well okay, but it's up to them, and if they tell me to fuck all the way off, then I have to step out. HR understood. Five minutes talking to this person, and I was reasonably confident they'd suffered a stroke and their short-term memory was shot. I never got confirmation, and fortunately, no one ever shared what they should not have shared. I never asked the person, and the person never volunteered their medical issues. I remain 99% certain about what they'd been through.

I am even more certain that Trump suffered a stroke, dementia, or a combination thereof.

About fifty six years. Thank the lard I never had to deal with them again—both of my ‘real jobs’ ended up with me working computers and helping people get computers to do what they wanted.

The topic of your example is so far and away responsible for my mental anguish. Only in the last two weeks I’ve recovered myself from a four-month long PAIN-IN-THE-NECK—left deltoid muscle. (Mind over muscle spasm). I eagerly anticipate Orrex receiving a verifiable positive response to his(.) question.
