"The money will flow", trump promises

Today trump made a promise to Californians (and you know how Californians hang on his every word) that the Federal "money will flow" if they elect Hilton, but "not the others".

I mean....it's mind boggling how he thinks he can buy off Californians with a crude bribe, although not surprising at all.
