Rep. Tom Kean Jr. (R-N.J.) on Tuesday said hell soon explain his absence from Congress after receiving an endorsement for reelection from President Trump.
Kean, son of the former New Jersey Gov. Tom Kean (R), has not voted since March 5, according to the House clerk.
The New Jersey lawmaker said he will soon transition from virtual work to in person work within a matter of weeks, noting he was more energized than ever.
At that time I will be completely transparent as to the nature of my medical condition. Once again, I appreciate all of the prayers and patience from my constituents and colleagues, Kean wrote in a Tuesday statement on the social platform X.
