Democrats need to stay on offense...
Because that is what Republicans will attempt to do.
But they have screwed things up so badly, it is hard for them to defend anything.
Nobody can fight a war like Donald Trump. His lies and propaganda fall on deaf ears. His strategy changes from one day to the next. He loses his temper and makes dangerous threats he cannot back up.
Also, he told his MAGA supporters that he would release the Epstein files and finally uncover the "deep state" in Washington. Instead, he has gone to no end to stop the release of the Epstein documents - even breaking the law.
He said he would stop inflation on day one. The price of everything has gone up. People cannot afford rent or food. The price of gas has been held under control but is still high. Mostly due to the manipulation of the oil supply. With the loss of food stamps and their healthcare, some people are truly hurting.
But, that is what we get when we rely on incompetent blowhards.
