Third and fourth video show agents "comforting" another agent, unmasked.
ON EDIT: Wow, Reddit OP deleted the post.

The reason I ask, is because lots of people drive cars with dents in them. However, I wonder if the driver's side dent was ICE inflicted. And good gosh, those thugs just shoot through the front windshield.
Is this Goodfellas?
Did they watch Goodfellas as their training?

He was bleeding profusely from the head, Boucher said later Monday morning. He was talking. He said, I tried to stop.'
Boucher watched in disbelief as the mans legs stopped moving as he lay on the ground. He believes he watched him die.

(39,561 posts)It's like when they shoot a suspect on foot in the head or chest, and not the legs.

(35,275 posts)I know the protocol now is "shoot to eliminate the threat".
But I wouldn't be surprised if there are numerous police all over the country, who still shoot tires now and then. Sometimes it's a way to disarm a drunk driver or a kid who stole his parents car.

(35,275 posts)But isn't the purpose to of the PIT maneuver to stop a vehicle. Why shoot the subject, when you can arrest him after successfully stopping vehicle?
It doesn't appear the PIT maneuver was designed to "kill drivers", but to stop vehicles.

(35,275 posts)It appears to be successful in this case and the Houston case. So why shoot after they have disabled the vehicle?

Also, I would think the PIT maneuver is not commonly performed with unmarked vehicles.

(35,275 posts)Usually with real cops, vehicles are marked and in those cases, the driver pretty much knows what's going on.
In the Houston case, the vehicles appeared to be going about 35 mph
