11. Next presidential primary I want to see a candidate whose main platform/talking point

is turning Trump, Hegseth, and Rubio over to the ICC for prosecution of their crimes, even though the US is not a ratified state.

And go ahead and say that you won't be restrained by any US courts which say you cannot do it. Trump defied the courts in some of his immigrant deportations, say you are going to give him his own treatment.

Rubio isn't going to have any better luck persuading ICC signatories to pull out than he did convincing allies to join his and Trump's war in Iran.
