Here's my concern--the world's richest man, Elon Musk, unelected shadow president, now has access to my personal information. How will he use his unrestricted power to exploit the American public? Why is Congress A-OK with E. Musk preparing to take control of how Congressionally approved funds are spent?
To quote your colleague in questioning Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent:
“I am alarmed that as one of your first acts as secretary, you appear to have handed over a highly sensitive system responsible for millions of Americans’ private data — and a key function of government — to an unelected billionaire and an unknown number of his unqualified flunkies,” wrote Ms. Warren, who also sits on the Senate Finance Committee.

1. Here's the email I sent to both my Democratic Senators this morning.

Senator,

There is a coup going on and it's time for the duly elected representatives of the American people to stop it.

As an American citizen I demand that my personal information be secured. Elon Musk is not an elected official nor has he been vetted nor has his 'workers' in DOGE been given federal security clearances. Why is this man in control of the US Treasury, making demands and firing Federal workers, and shutting down USAID? He and his minions need to be arrested for breaching our secure federal financial systems and deported out of the country.

Then I strongly urge you and all Democrats to impeach Donald Trump again. Since January 20, 2025, he has ordered the violation of the 14th. Amendment, unlawfully impounded funds, broken numerous ratified US treaties, illegally detained and deported US citizens, made threats to American allies and sovereign countries, dismissed federal employees for reasons prohibited by federal laws, illegally ending USAID, and ordered the end of free speech within numerous departments of our government.

America must be saved from fascism and authoritarianism.
