More than 9,000 homes, structures damaged or destroyed in Palisades, Eaton fires, officials say

Five people have died, but officials say the death toll is likely to be higher. More than 9,000 structures have been damaged or destroyed and at least 130,000 residents are under evacuation orders. In San Diego the Cedar Fire 2003 destroyed 2,800 structures/homes and the Witch Fire 2007 destroyed 1,200 homes. 4,000 total within 4 years.

These LA fires are beyond devastating for everyone. My coworkers never really recovered after their homes were destroyed in those 2 fires and they re-live it every time a new fire breaks out. It's leaves a terrible memory that never fades.

and get a final head count. Beyond the death toll the city now has over 9000 newly homeless families to deal with. And in 10 days the orange pustule and his wrecking crew are set to blow up the nation.
