for 3 weeks.
They lived in a little village near the French border about 1/3 northward. Picturesque.
The 2nd to last night we got in their car drove to the western corner and up the steepish hill turned right, then right to the 2nd house on the top of the long block.
Their friends had us for dinner. We had appetizers.
And then....
From the country of it's origin!
Drumroll...
Homemade fondue, with bread, and fruit slices. What a great surprise! It was soooo good. 😄👍

I cant remember the last time I saw it at a dinner party or anywhere else, for that matter. I think people are afraid itll be too runny. I like it runny. Fetch hither la belle fromage! Mwah!
