Congrats—and I mean that sincerely. The full realization never hit me until 2 months ago. Long backstory…but my diet underwent a revolution the very day my physical revealed my A1C was 10.4 and glucose 208. This is what decades of mindless consumption of processed, synthetic and bioengineered foods of habit and convenience do to a person. I’m 65 and want to live a few more years.
