...that cats do that intimidates some dogs so much? I've seen numerous videos of dogs that are extremely reluctant to walk past a cat that is doing nothing more than just standing or sitting there. I have had cats before but never a dog so I have never been able to observe this phenomenon firsthand.

my dog seems to know this. Every once in awhile he will chase her but if she hisses at him he freaks. I have golden retriever. Cat mostly puts up with dog, unless he chases she will ignore him like this video and you can tell she is the queen don't mess with her!
