...mostly of Mosby. She's growing fast.
Stella was 'low cat on the scratching post' this day.

I love the 3rd one from the bottom, paws over the head. So alluring.
Thanks for sharing these photos!!

(11,426 posts)There has been a lot of chasing and wrestling going on, but yesterday I caught Stella licking Mosby's face.

The little one actually goes after the big one, and I don't think they're playing. Mostly because the big one hisses and spits when "the runt" chases after her. I always intervene when hissing ensues.

(11,426 posts)Stella got a little rough with the little one a couple of times.
I think she just wants to make sure Mosby knows that she's the top cat.

(11,426 posts)I've been trying to catch the mom to get her spayed, but she is wily.

(61,310 posts)A litter of 3 appeared 8n my yard to feast on bagels I'd tossed out fir the birds.
One immediately was curious about me & the house.
His 2 brothers not so much. They are completely feral.
But the little gray guy I've made friends with now lives indoors with us. He is a very good, sweet kitty.
I'd had him vetted, including neutering, & tried bringing him indoors to live a couple of yrs ago, but he is FIV+ & my senior rescue girl was not going to share her home. Sadly, she passed in July & now the little guy is indoors.
Weird this time he is no longer wild, jumping on tables, etc. Rather, he behaves exactly like Trixie did. 😳 my gs & I have joked about whether Trixie has taken over his body because he now has mannerisms & behaviors that are identical to Trixie's. Weird, I suppose.

(61,310 posts)I mean he lives almost exclusively in my br, follows me into kitchen just to sit & stare at me, but only in the evenings when Trixie would make it apparent that she felt it was my bedtime. Lol. He no longer tries to steal our food (he has always been very well fed from the 1st time I saw him, so he was def not going hungry when he lived outside!), and never attempts to jump up on table since coming inside this time.
Oh he never even looks at the outside door. 1st time he was inside was entirely different. Have you ever heard of such a thing?
