Roasted broccoli, and cute fingerling potatoes that took an inordinate amount of time to steam in the microwave with some water, vinegar, and butter. I think maybe I should have bought a different kind of potato or cooked them a different way.

it in small portion sizes. Then when I want to make curry I grab a can of coconut milk and two frozen cubes of paste and dinner’s on in 15 minutes.

Well, sort of. A pressure canned version that I make. It’s tasty, has a good depth of flavor.

Neither Dh nor I were that hungry tonight so a quart of that from the basement cold room was quick and delicious.
