Enjoying a Sherry Sangaree tonight.
Dry sherry, Cointreau, and simple syrup, poured over ice. It’s good, but a little too sweet, like fruit that is just past the peak of ripeness. That’s probably the sherry.
Last night to drink before the new job starts on Monday.
