Looking back; what is the worst hair style you had. Mine was the Twiggy. Very short. took forever to grow out

1. Upon bad advice from a stylist, I got a perm

‘It’s just body wave - nothing extreme’, she said. I came out of that chair with the tightest curls on planet earth! I immediately began using every trick suggested to relax the curl. Some two months later, a guy asked - in all seriousness - ‘did you catch your hair on fire’?

8. Spiral perm wet look.

The perm burned the heck out of my hair. Several months later I chopped it off up to my shoulders. First and last perm ever.

it looked beautiful for about a month or two. Then it went to hell. I got mine chopped off too. But I also remember the cost was very high.My hair was at my shoulders . I did get waves after that---no tight perms.

13. Pretty much every picture of me from very early childhood...

...thru at least 6th grade shows me with agonizingly short bangs, courtesy of my mom. As I got old enough to assert myself, that look became a thing of the past, and the bangs have never been short again.

I'm soon to be 74, and to this day, if they are not touching my eyebrows, they are too short.

After my mom died, I threw away some of the worst pictures.

I had the wrong kind of hair (frizzy) for that, and it took years to grow out.

and layered I just went with a blunt cut.
