(1,602 posts)i haven't checked mine yet.
when reagan screwed with my pay (and thousands of others) nteu (the union) sued on our behalf. we eventually won but that took years.
if my pension is not on time every month i'll soon be under a tarp near the interstate wheeling my wife in a shopping cart.
i'm sure nteu or afge qill take any disruption to court, but now i'm not even sure of winning, or if we'll be paid in some crypto tokens

(10,638 posts)My husband came home ready to resign. SES at NNSA. After much deliberation, he has now decided to stay and let them fire him if that is what they want to do.
But he, like all the other non-Trump Feds, is being totally demoralized.
Im following the Reddit threads R/Nova and R/federal workers and I am seeing increasing determination to fight back.

Reminds me of "A Day in the Life" (Lennon-McCartney)
Four thousand holes in Blackburn, Lancashire
And though the holes were rather small
They had to count them all
Now they know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall

(20,088 posts)You might get unemployment benefits.
If you're retired, if you're getting a pension, talk to reps. If SS, call the offices. We know the mob isn't concerned about people, but as long as their is a staff, we can make sure we are reporting concerns and irregularities.

(158 posts)I have a lot of worries about this being the last time though. My Federal pension and TSP (401k equivalent) are my only income.
