Enjoying a Caribbean Sunset tonight.

Gin, créme de banane, blue curaçao, cream, lemon juice, grenadine, and a marischino cherry.

Oddly enough, it has no rum in it. One would think anything called Caribbean would include rum.

Still it is delicious!

I so enjoy these posts. I would never wish to cast any aspersions, but tonight’s recipe summoned up this memory, and I just couldn’t help but share a clip that might elicit a giggle from other Loungers (and tipplers.) I did so enjoy Kids In The Hall.
