Staten Island Chuck, named most accurate groundhog, predicts early spring

Chuck has an 85% accuracy rating on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Centers for Environmental Information's grading the groundhogs list.

Punxutawney Phil, who this morning predicted six more weeks of winter, has a 35% accuracy rating from NOAA.

Yuck! Winter is much easier to navigate in the swamp commonly referred to as the Memphis region.

at the Jersey shore. The rest of the week will be in the 30s and 40s, but that's normal.
