icant remember my du password so i cant log in on my ipad. no i dont have it written down or i thought i did .

On the device you are logged into, go to MY DU>Account Settings>Change Password
When you get to the change password screen, you are prompted to enter your old password. Below the field are links to forgot password. If you click on that, you'll get instructions on how to proceed.
Don't be in a hurry, and if you aren't sure you want to change at this time, then wait until you're ready
